Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR) Noida Authority has approved New Noida Master Plan 2041 after acquiring approximately 21,000 hectare of land of Gautam Buddha Nagar and Bulandshahr neighboring villages. The main focus of master plan 2041 for New Noida is industrial developments, recreational green, residential integrated township and mix-use land for intuitional, logistic hub, knowledge centre and skill development centres.
New Noida Master Plan 2041 for Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR) is prepared under clause 6 of Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Area Act 1976. The town of Dadri, Khurja and Sikandrabad are within 5 km from the boundary of New Noida (DNGIR). New Noida Master Plan 2041 is comprised of 84 villages with 209.11 km2 area and 1,52,778 population. The main focus of DNGIR master plan 2024 is to develop new town as industrial sector to robust economy of Uttar Pradesh.

The decision of approving New Noida Master Plan 2041 was taken in 210th GNIDA and Noida Authority board meeting on 13 August 2023. Along with draft master plan 2041 for new Noida, they also discussed about acquisition of agricultural land from 21 villages of Gautam Buddha Nagar and 63 villages of Bulandshahr district for New Noida master plan. The Noida Authority has passed master plan for development second phase of Greater Noida which will be name as New Noida. Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) have to acquire more land from farmers of nearby villages of Noida and Bulandshahr district for second phase development of Noida and Greater Noida.

New Noida Master Plan 2041 Key Details
The demand of space and land for industries, institutions, residential and other commercial projects is increasing in Noida and Greater Noida. There Noida authority has decided to work on New Noida master plan 2041 by acquisition of 40,000 hectares land of neighboring villages of Uttar Pradesh state. DNGIR has given “New Noida” name to this project which will be spread in 40,000 hectare of land in neighboring villages of Gautam Buddha Nagar and Bulandshahr. The use of land for industrial development, food processing, FMCG sectors (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) under New Noida Master Plan 2041 is given below.

- Green belt, Recreational Greens & open spaces- 18% (3,755.56 hectare)
- Residential Land – 13% (2500 hectare)

The authority has finalized land usage for New Noida which will develop in Dadri-Sikandrabad region toward Bulandshahr. Noida Authority acquire 21 villages of Gautam Buddha Nagar and 63 villages of Bulandshahr district for New Noida master plan. 7 villages from Bulandshahr district are acquired including Tilbegampur, Gopalpur, Nagala Chamroo, Jokhabad, Rajarampur, Sanwali and Rajpur Khurd. In 84 villages, a few villages like Anandpur, Phoolpur, Khandera Girirajpur, Nangla Sekh, Hasanpur Jagir, Dharaun, Mahiuddinpur Nangla, etc. have brick kilns, which are a major factor for increased air pollution in the investment region.
